Laura Saupe, medical quality analyst at SoutheastHEALTH in Cape Girardeau, received her Professional in Healthcare Quality certification.

The certification is issued by the National Association for Healthcare Quality, signifying professional and academic achievement by individuals in the health-care quality management field.

Saupe has a bachelor's degree in nursing from Southeast Missouri State University and has been a staff member at the hospital for more than 10 years.

Paul Findlay

Paul Findlay, preconstruction coordinator for Robinson Construction Co. in Perryville, Mo., joins a group of 38 Missouri business and state leaders chosen to participate in Leadership Missouri.

Leadership Missouri is a seven-month leadership enhancement program sponsored by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Through the program that begins in April, participants will receive a better understanding of issues facing state employers, communities and government.

Tina Ivy

Tina Ivy and Rebecca Murrah, both of Bootheel Counseling Services and Family Medical Clinic in Sikeston, Mo., were chosen as employees of the month for February and March, respectively.

Ivy has been with the agency for nearly five years, and Murrah started with the agency in 2010.

Laura Tessens

Laura Tessens of Bagby Investment Consultants in Dexter, Mo., completed the Registered Paraplanner Program from the College of Financial Planning in Denver.

The program provides practical knowledge of the financial planning process, as well as the disciplines of financial planning.

Tessens joined the company in 2007. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration in finance from Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tenn.
