ERA Cape Realty recently announced the addition of associate Vicki Stroud to its team of real estate sales professionals serving the Cape Girardeau area.

Perryville man joins Jackson law firm

Kim R. Moore has joined the law firm of Buerkle, Beeson, Ludwig, Jackson and Boner in Jackson. Moore, of Perryville, Mo., was previously executive vice president and general counsel for Toyota Gosei, a Japan-based automotive parts supplier, at its North American manufacturing facility, TG Missouri. Before that, he was in private practice for 18 years.

Magna-Tel employees get certification

Magna-Tel has announced that several members of its management team recently received the certified advertising specialist designation: finance director Becky McMillan, assistant plant manager Rodney Friese, marketing director Donna Rosanswank and customer service supervisor Sandy Patterson.

Realty Executives hire several new employees

Realty Executives of Cape Girardeau County has recently announced the hiring of several new employees, including Jeff and Debra Martin, Bobby and Elizabeth Gray and Marilyn Duffey. Jeff Martin has 20 years of sales and sales management experience. Debra has been a Realtor for four years and recipient of several awards and distinctions, including the Multi-Million Dollar Club and Summit Level Award. The Grays are members of the National Association of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors and the Cape Girardeau County Board of Realtors. Duffey has been a broker/associate since 1980. She has earned the Leading Edge Society Award and the Summit Award for Excellence and is a life member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club.

Buckenmyer named chairman of SCORE

James Buckenmyer of Cape Girardeau has been named chairman of the Southeast Missouri chapter of Service Corps of Retired Executives. Buckenmyer has 41 years of experience in academic institutions. He retired as dean of the College of Business at Southeast Missouri State University in July. Buckenmyer has extensive paid consulting experience in business and industry, government agencies and not-for-profit organizations. SCORE is a national volunteer organization founded in 1964 to provide small business counseling.

Sales, leasing agent joins Meyer Realty Co.

Thomas M. Meyer, president of Thomas L Meyer Realty Co., has announced Jeff Jernigan as a new sales and leasing agent for the commercial division of his company. Jernigan will assist with leasing arrangements on downtown properties, The Marquette Towers & Center, and the H&H Building.

Prairie Farms announces Quality Award winners

At a series of district meetings being held in January, Prairie Farms, the dairy-farmer owned cooperative based in Carterville, Ill., will award 286 of its members for meeting or exceeding the company's milk quality standards. Local recipients will be Charles Schabbing of Cape Girardeau, Ronald Walther of Jackson, Schwartz Bros. Dairy of Scott City and Telle Dairy Farm and Voelker's Brown Swiss, both of Perryville, Mo.

Cape orthodontist named to Missouri Dental Board

Dr. Shannon Kirchhoff of Cape Girardeau has been elected as Southeast District trustee to the Missouri Dental Board. She is a 1988 orthodontic graduate from the UMKC School of Dentistry and has been in private practice in Cape Girardeau since then.
