Richard E. "Dick" Elefson recently joined SOTO Property Solutions as a licensed Realtor.

Elefson has well over two decades of experience in the real- estate business. He recently moved to Jackson from Missouri's Lake of the Ozarks, where he sold real estate for 27 years. He also was active in the real-estate business in southeast Iowa.

Elefson was active on the board of directors of the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors, serving as a state director and board president. He served on the board of directors of the Missouri Association of Realtors as a member, vice chairman and chairman of the forms committee as well as serving on the Missouri Association of Realtors Executive committee.

"I'm happy to have Dick joining our team. He will be an asset in helping SOTO Property Solutions continue to grow and help clients sell and purchase properties," David Soto, owner of SOTO Property Solutions, said in a news release.
