A Cape Girardeau restaurant has new owners, a new menu and a new name.

Dino's Pizza, which was founded more than 25 years ago, has been leased to Robbie and Panos Andronikos.

The restaurant, founded and owned by Fotoula Demoupolos in 1970, will continue with its special recipes of Dino's Pizza, chicken and mojos. Demoupolos is retiring after 26 years in the restaurant business.

The new restaurant, called Cafe Alexander, will also be a Mediterranean restaurant, featuring Greek, French and Italian menus. Also on the menu will be American entries, including steaks and ribs.

The Andronikos are experienced in restaurant operations. They operated a restaurant in Eureka Springs, Ark., which features American and Greek menus.

The new restaurant, at 1034 Broadway, will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and from 4 to midnight Sunday through Thursday. The restaurant will be open 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.

The restaurant has been remodeled. Dino's Restaurant also underwent a complete renovation and remodeling six years ago.
