Partners in the store include Hartle, Bryan Friese and Misty Friese.
Hartle, who previously operated Hartle's Art Plaster & Gifts in Cape Girardeau, also owns the Memphis Ozark Mountain Craft Store in the Mall of Memphis (Tenn.).
The new store here will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday.
