Barbara Pelton is owner of Artfully Framed. She is one of 12 certified picture framers in Missouri.
Melissa Bowie is owner of Interior Design.
Goodie Baskets and More, which also is housed in the same building, will take the space formerly occupied by Artfully Framed and Interior Design.
