The company, which specializes in residential and commercial real estate, has 15 staff members.
"One reason for our growth is the effective use of technology," said Skinner. "Internet and intranet sites have become examples of how World Wide Web can serve as a tool to simplify the real estate transaction -- a core need of the sophisticated home buyer."
