NEW BUSINESS: PRINTING COMPANY EXPANDS

Moll Printing of Sikeston has purchased Standard Printing Co. of Sikeston.

The two companies will be combined into one large operation in Moll Printing's 9,200-square-foot building at 1012 Linn St. in Sikeston.

Moll Printing was founded in 1980 by Mike Moll and his wife, Janet, after purchasing Lathum Printing in Sikeston.

Moll has been around the printing business throughout his life. His father, Miller Moll, was part-owner and publisher of the Malden Press Merit, a newspaper and printing business. Miller Moll sold the Malden operation in 1986 and joined his son in the Sikeston operation.

Mike Moll received a printing management degree from Arkansas State University in 1978.
