NEW BUSINESS: NEW PLAZA TIRE STORE

Plaza Tire Service Inc. of Cape Girardeau has opened a new seven-bay, 4,600-square-foot facility in Jonesboro, Ark.

Sam Goodrich is manager of the store. He previously served as assistant manager at the company's store in Paragould, Ark.

Plaza Tire, established in 1963, has 34 facilities throughout Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky and Arkansas.

The company offers full lines of tires, including Dayton, Firestone and Michelin, along with a full-service auto department, which provides brakes, shocks, batteries and wheel alignment.

Plaza Tire is headquartered at Cape Girardeau, where the company operates a 12-bay services center, a 53,000-square-foot warehouse, an 8,000-square-foot operations center and a 3,000-square-foot training resource center.
