"We're excited about coming to Missouri and Cape Girardeau, said Howard, president of the company.
Millers features a combination of private labels and national brand clothing for junior high through young adults.
Millers Outpost has more than 200 stores in 11 states -- including Missouri, California, Texas and Colorado -- and has plans to expand into Idaho and Oklahoma this year.
