Lieutenant and Bertha Smith own the new restaurant.

Mrs. Smith previously owned a restaurant on Morgan Oak.

Joining the Smiths in the family operation are four daughters -- Cathy Nations, Freida Craion, Kim Smith and Dominique Smith -- and a son -- Clark Smith.

The new restaurant design is of Bavarian Architecture, fitting in the theme of four other buildings in the immediate area -- Speedy's D-mart, Dairy Queen, Drury Inn Suites and the Bavarian Hall, all constructed by Drury Southwest.
