Marshall will replace Jim Schwaninger, who is retiring Jan. 31.

Marshall, who has served as Miner city administrator the past year, worked with the American Cancer Society in Sikeston 13 years.
Marshall has agreed to a three-year commitment with the Chamber of Commerce.
She graduated from Regis University with a bachelor of science degree with a major in business administration and a minor in accounting. She also attended St. Mary's Academy in Little Rock, Ark.
