Franchised auto dealers topped the list of most-complained-about industries, followed by home remodeling, auto repair shops, used auto dealers and home furnishings stores.
Most inquiries were received about home remodeling contractors, followed by roofing contractors, heating an air conditioning companies, franchised auto dealers and work-at-home companies.
