Jump-N-Space, a 4-year-old moonwalk business in Sikeston, is expanding its market to cover the Cape Girardeau area. A moonwalk is an inflatable "room" where children and adults jump and play.
The business caters to birthday and company parties and events. Its inflation motor can be hooked up to a regular, 100-volt electrical outlet.
Owner James Crowe Jr. said he decided to expand to Cape Girardeau after he got several calls from interested people in Cape Girardeau.
The cost of renting the 15-by-15 moonwalk is $30 per hour with a two-hour minimum. The cost doesn't include set-up time. For more information call 472-1820.
Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems has moved from 837 N. Kingshighway to 3363 Gordonville Road, in front of St. Francis Medical Center.
The mobile systems office is the regional sales office and service center covering an area that includes a population of 450,000.

Cotton Exchange Bancshares Inc., parent company of Cotton Exchange Bank in Kennett, and Commerce Bancshares Inc. announced the signing of an agreement for the merger of Cotton Exchange with Commerce Bancshares.
The merger, which will be a stock and cash transaction, is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 1995 after regulatory and shareholder approvals.
Cotton Exchange Bank has approximately $64 million in assets and approximately $57 million in deposits. The bank has two facilities in Kennett.
Commerce Bancshares is a registered bank-holding company with over 170 facilities in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas and $7.8 billion in assets.
Employees of Tip of Illinois Health Services Inc. in Olive Branch, Ill., were winners of a pizza party. Their branch office raised the most money for the Tip of Illinois Hospice Golf Tournament by selling the most raffle tickets.
The Tip of Illinois hospice program is for terminally ill people who want to spend their remaining days being cared for in their home. Money raised at the tournament will benefit hospice patients and their families.

Credit Bureau Services of Cape Girardeau announced that the company recently purchased the credit files of Little Egypt Credit Bureau in Marion, Ill. The bureau in Marion will continue to operate as a full-service credit bureau and will add accounts-management and check-recovery services to serve both credit grantors and consumers of Southern Illinois.
Credit Bureau Services is affiliated with Equifax Credit Services of Atlanta, Ga., with 190 million consumer credit files in its database.
The National Association of Retired Federal Employees met recently at the Cape Girardeau Senior Citizens Center. The business meeting included items to be acted upon at the national convention in St. Louis this month.

The Missouri Department of Economic Development's Division of Job Development and Training recently announced that Missouri is one of 10 states nationwide to receive a $125,000 grant to help employment and training professionals from state agencies better coordinate work-force training efforts.
The Capacity Building Challenge Grant will allow the departments of economic development, labor and industrial relations, elementary and secondary education and the Division of Family Services to examine common training functions and determine methods to decrease duplication.

Boatmen's Bancshares Inc. announced it has agreed to acquire Worthen Banking Corp. of Little Rock, Ark., in a stock transaction valued at approximately $595 million.
Boatmen's will exchange one share of its common stock for each share of Worthen's approximately 17.3 million common shares, including shares issued for stock options.
Worthen is the second-largest bank-holding company in Arkansas with approximately $3.5 billion in assets and $3 billion in deposits.
