What role does your business play in the betterment of the community?

RT: Commerce employees share a strong commitment to volunteerism, and support countless organizations and initiatives in an effort to give back to Cape Girardeau. We understand that the vitality of Cape Girardeau and the vitality of our banking business go hand in hand.

How has technology changed your business in recent years? Was it difficult to adapt to the changing technology?

RT: Many customers like to use technology for their banking, so we have a number of products that address their needs. From online and mobile banking to ROAMpay Mobile Payment Processing for our business customers. While many of our customers continue to visit the bank regularly, others prefer the convenience of using technology for the banking needs.
