BUSINESS PERSONNEL: NAMED PRESIDENT

Tammie Goodson has been named president of Best Mortgage and Financial Group, Inc., in Cape Girardeau.

Her previous experience includes 15 years in the banking industry with the last eight years in mortgage loans. As vice president for Boatmen's Bank and NationsBank in Springfield, she managed the mortgage divisions for all of the Southern Missouri offices of Boatmen's/NationsBank from Joplin to Cape Girardeau. The last two years was spent opening and managing a branch office in Springfield for Columbia National Mortgage based in Baltimore, Md.

Best Mortgage opened its doors in October of 1998.
