BUSINESS PERSONNEL: GETS PROMOTION

Michael Hobbs has been promoted to vice president and a director on the board of First Commercial Bank of Southeast Missouri.

Norman Harty, chairman of the board announced Hobbs' promotion recently.

In his new position, Hobbs' responsibilities will include making commercial, real estate and consumer loans as well as participating with other officers in the daily operation of the bank.

Hobbs is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, and is working toward a graduate degree in banking from the Mid-South School of Banking in Memphis, Tenn.

Hobbs was recently elected resident of the Chaffee Chamber of Commerce
