Kathy Mangels, budget analyst of the facilities management department, will discuss procurement of capital improvements and construction projects at 7:45 and 8:45 a.m.
The seminars, sponsored by Cape Girardeau, Scott City and Jackson chambers of commerce in conjunction with the university, are free; however, seating is limited.
