Robert Thomas Securities and Investment Management Services, the two independent contractor subsidiaries of Raymond James Financial, have been consolidated into Raymond James Financial Services.

The consolidation became effective Jan. 4, according to Daniel J. Loenneke, branch manager of the Cape Girardeau offices at 1440 Kurre Lane in Cape Girardeau.

Although the name has changed, the staff and services will remain intact, said Thomas A. James, chairman and chief executive officer of Raymond James Financial.

J. Stephen Putnam, formerly of RTS, is president of Raymond James Financial Services. M. Anthony Greene, formerly president of IM&R, is chairman of the new entity.

Fiscal 1998 revenues for the combined firms, which have 1,250 offices in the United States, were $393 million.
