Chicago-based Benj. E. Sherman & Sons Auction Services Group has been appointed to sell the manufacturing and office facility at 104 Keystone Drive at auction in April.
Two on-site inspection dates have already been held with the final inspection date Wednesday.

The bid submittal deadline is 5 p.m. Thursday, April 8.
The building is leased to a Fortune 500 tenant until June 30, 2001, with an annual income of $125,000.
