BUSINESS MEMO: LOCAL ERA FILMING

ERA Cape Realty, 1409-A N. Mount Auburn Road is one of 10 ERA companies in the nation that features ERAtv World Tour.

The local company and local real-estate agents will be featured in a satellite film segment broadcast to ERA offices throughout the world.

The world tour is a yearlong initiative by ERA Real Estate, which includes more than 2,600 independently owned and operated brokerage offices in the United States and 19 foreign countries.

Among segments being filmed here were:

-- Tracking Leads, with Dave Glastetter.

-- Automated Blueprint System, with Glastetter and Larry Underwood.

-- Positive Effects from Logo Conversion, with Glastetter and Barbara Giddens.

-- Using ERAdvantage from An Agent's Perspective, with Underwood.,

In Cape Girardeau for the filming were ERA executives, Terry Mueller, vice president, marketing; Jerry Smith, vice president, training; and Dan Baughmann, business consultant.

The group is traveling cross-country in a 35=-foot motor home.
