People wanting to enter the investment advisory business in Missouri are required to take an examination to demonstrate their competency to conduct investment advisory activities.
Securities Commissioner Douglas F. Wilburn issued an order last week requiring investment adviser applicants complete a new Uniform Investment Adviser Examination, also known as the Series 65 Examination.
The new Series 65 test includes 130 questions on economics, investments vehicles, investment strategies and ethics. Additional information is available by calling 573-751-2061.
