IMSA certifications involves an in-depth, two-part assessment of the company's life and annuity business, said Rocky Prasse, general manger of Prudential's St. Charles Agency.

Certification is re-validated every three years.

Prudential, which has an office in Cape Girardeau, provides insurance and financial services.
