An employment practice course, developed for managers with responsibilities in interviewing, disciplining and discharging employees, will be held at the Drury Lodge in Cape Girardeau next month.

The course is designed to help companies understand employment practices law and regulations at both the state and federal levels. It will be presented by attorneys from the law firm of Blackwell Sanders Peper Margin, an employment practices firm.
