Crown Cadillac-Oldsmobile-Nissan also received Oldsmobile's highest recognition for the fourth consecutive year.
The Cape Girardeau dealership received the 1998 "Elite Status" recognition, for customer satisfaction, sales, sales and service training standards, facility appearance, and delivery and follow-up.
Only 312 Oldsmobile dealers achieved this award.
Crown Cadillac-Oldsmobile-Nissan also achieved Elites Status in 1995, 1996 and 1997.
The award demands a team effort, involving every department and segment of the dealership.
On hand to receive the award Thursday were Gary and Jane Stanley, owners; Dennis Bess, service manager; David Huber, parts manager; Tim Pogue, business manager; and David Butler, general manager.
Paul Pejza, General Motors market area manager, presented the award at the Cape Girardeau dealership.
