BUSINESS MEMO: BUSINESS RATING `HEAVENLY'

Heavenly Ham has been rated the No. 1 franchiser in its category for the second straight year by Entrepreneur Magazine's 1996 Annual Franchise 500.

Heavenly Ham, which offers spiral-sliced honey and spice glazed hams and turkeys, is franchised by Atlanta-based Paradise Foods Inc. It has grown to more than 130 franchises in 33 states, including the store at 3443 William Suite A in Cape Girardeau.

Over the past three years, the company has increased its franchises by more than 100 percent and is projecting 1996 revenues of nearly $50 million.
