Locally, this applies to Fox 23 KBSI at Cape Girardeau, which Sinclair owns and operates. Sinclair will also program UPN 49 WDKA at Paducah, Ky., under a local marketing agreement with WDKA Acquisition Corp.
Sinclair Broadcasting Group Inc. owns or programs 57 TV stations and 50 radio stations and is one of the top 10 media companies in the United States.
