TOLEDO, Ohio Dana Corp., headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, and Krizman Inc. of Mishawaka, Ind., announced that Dana has acquired the business of Krizman, an international automotive aftermarket parts manufacturing and distribution organization.

Included in assets purchased are Krizman's main manufacturing, packaging and distribution operations in Mishawaka, five other regional warehouse-distribution operations throughout the U.S., and Krizman's Canada Ltd. subsidiary.

Dana is a global manufacturer and marketer of vehicular and industrial components serving original equipment and distribution markets around the world.
