Health Services Corporation of America (HSCA) has selected Gielow/Laske Associates, headquartered in Milwaukee, as preferred vendor of physician recruitment services for its member facilities.

HSCA, one of the nation's largest health-care shared-service organizations, is headquartered in Cape Girardeau. The firm represents almost a billion dollars in annual volume among 1,800 facilities in 49 states and the District of Columbia.

"I am pleased that we have been able to form this partnership with Gielow/Laske Associates," said Tom Jamieson, president of HSCA. "Physician recruitment and medical staff development services answer a growing need among our members. HSCA is a member-driven organization, and this program is a direct response to member concern."

Gielow/Laski has more than 60 years of experience in medical recruitment and health-care administration.

Creative wardrobing will be discussed during the Wardrobe Workshop to be held at JCPenney in West Park Mall March 26.

"The workshop is designed to make your wardrobe work as hard as you do," said a spokesperson. "One of the highlight topics will be how to make 40 different outfits with a dozen basic pieces."

The workshop will start at 7 p.m.
