SBDC to hold business counseling sessions

The Small Business Development Center of Southeast Missouri State University will conduct free counseling sessions for area small businesses in Cape Girardeau, Perryville, Mo., and Sikeston, Mo. Counselor Gil Degenhardt will be available for one-hour sessions at:

Sikeston Chamber of Commerce, from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday. Call (573) 471-2498.

Farmers market to move briefly because of fair

Due to the SEMO District Fair at Arena Park, the Cape Alternative Farmers Market has set up a temporary location for Wednesday. It will be at the gravel parking lot of the tennis courts and foot bridge at south end of Arena Park on West Rodney Drive. After the fair, the Sept. 22 market will return to the regular location.
