Maple Valley Mall off Karsch Boulevard has been bought by Chase Properties of Cleveland, Ohio, from owners Chip Peterson and Joe Burgess. The mall portion of Maple Valley Shopping Center was built 13 years ago. General management of the mall will continue under Maple Valley Market Place.

Frank Taylor has purchased the former Dugal Store building from Dave and Jan Spane and will relocate his engineering and surveying business there.
