Matt Untereinner rushed for 222 yards and scored three touchdowns as Perryville opened its season with a 27-13 home victory against Imperial, Mo., Windsor.
Untereinner, who gained 897 yards last year, did his damage on 28 carries. He scored on runs of 5 and 49 yards and also returned a punt 62 yards for a touchdown.
Perryville's other TD came as senior quarterback Cory Buerck hit his cousin, first-year senior Phillip Buerck, with a 35-yard pass.
The Pirates, who never trailed and led 20-13 at halftime, had 340 total yards and held Windsor to 228 yards.
Kirk Luckey had 12 tackles to lead Perryville's defense.
Grandview 27, Chaffee 0
The Eagles won at home in a meeting of two teams that managed just one win last season. Grandview's lone win last season was a season-opening victory against Chaffee, which finished 0-10.
St. Vincent 22, Priory 8
The Indians avenged last year's season-starting loss to the Rebels, winning at home.
Scott City 44, Malden 20
The Rams picked up a victory in the debut for coach Terry Flannigan, who had coached at Scott City previously and returned to the program this year.
