St. Pius X (Festus) (0-3) at Chaffee (1-2)

Last week: Crystal City 35, Chaffee 21; Maplewood 55, St. Pius 7.

Outlook: St. Pius enters having lost to Principia, Cuba and Maplewood.

Central (0-3) at Farmington (2-1)

Last week: Blytheville Ark. 42, Central 6; Helias 43, Farmington 0.

Last year's meeting: The two teams did not meet last year.

Outlook: Farmington enters after having been blown out by Helias last week. Central remains winless after being routed in Week 3 by Blytheville. Central's Cantrell Andrews enters as Southeast Missouri's sixth-leading rusher. He has carried 53 times for 353 yards.

Park Hills (2-1) at Perryville (1-2)

Last week: Ste. Genevieve 41, Perryville 17; Park Hills 43, Windsor 22.

Last year's meeting: Park Hills Central 25, Perryville 17.

Outlook: Class 3 Parks Hills Central has posted victories over St. Vincent and Windsor after losing in Week 1 to Maplewood, the top-ranked team in Class 2. Perryville coach Jim May said Park Hills is a big team all the way across the front and he said tailback Tony Martin is one of the best backs his team will face this year.

St. Vincent (1-2) at Maplewood (3-0)

Last week: Valle Catholic 46, St. Vincent 7; Maplewood 55, St. Pius X (Festus) 7.

Last year's meeting: Maplewood 35, St. Vincent 0.

Outlook: Maplewood is the No. 1 ranked team in Class 2. It has started its year off with wins over Park Hills Central, Brentwood and St. Pius. Maplewood's offense spreads out, has a strong quarterback and a strong wide receiver Bryant Allen, a four-year starter who is being recruited.

Sikeston (2-1) at Jackson (1-2)

Last week: Gateway Tech 14, Jackson 7; Sikeston 49, Dexter 27.

Last year: Jackson 42, Sikeston 0.

Outlook: Sikeston has beaten Charleston 48-6 and Dexter 49-27. The Bulldogs' lone defeat came during Week 1, losing to Fredericktown 42-29. Sikeston running back Eli Jackson is the second-leading rusher in Southeast Missouri so far this fall with 51 carries for 523 yards.

Sikeston is the highest scoring team in this area at 42 point-per game, but it has played two Class 3 schools and one Class 2 school. Quarterback Charlie Bohannon has 198 yards rushing and is 23-of-37 passing for 358 yards with four touchdowns and two interceptions. Jackson running back Adam Zweigart enters with 95 carries for 496 yards.
