CHARLESTON, Ill. -- The Southeast Missouri state volleyball team made short work of host Eastern Illinois Thursday night.

Southeast rolled past the Panthers 25-21, 25-12, 25-21 as the Redhawks improved to 6-6 overall and 4-2 in Ohio Valley Conference play. EIU fell to 3-13 and 0-6.

Karleigh DeLong and Claire Keaton each had 11 kills to pace the Redhawks.

Molly Davis and Kelly Benacka both had 12 digs.

Sarah Barth posted a double-double for Southeast with 36 assists and 11 digs.

Southeast returns to action Oct. 10 at home against Tennessee State.
