CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -- Southeast Missouri State's women's basketball team lost an Ohio Valley Conference game against host Austin Peay 69-58 before 200 fans Wednesday night.
The loss dropped the Otahkians to 7-13 and 5-8 in the league. Austin Peay improved to 9-11 and 4-8.
Amanda Behrenbrinker finished with 19 points and nine rebounds as she moved into second place in Austin Peay history in scoring and third in rebounding.
Kai Jones added 19 points and Angelica Suffren tallied 13.
For Southeast, Moneik Campbell, who had sat out the last two games with an ankle injury, had 16 points off the bench. Rusty Sowers added 13 points.
An 8-0 run by Austin Peay gave it a 24-16 lead, and the Lady Governors led 33-25 at halftime.
Southeast trailed 55-36 with 11 minutes remaining. A 10-0 run by the Otahkians, in which Campbell scored eight points, made the final score more respectable.
