ST. LOUIS -- St. Louis Blues center T.J. Oshie is the NHL's player of the month for March.
The honor was announced Thursday.
Oshie has played a big role in helping the Blues get back into the playoff hunt in the Western Conference. He had four goals and nine assists in 14 games in March, a stretch when the Blues went 9-4-1.
Oshie is part of the "Kid Line" in St. Louis, teaming with fellow rookie Patrik Berglund and second-year player David Perron.
For the season, Oshie has 13 goals and 23 assists in 52 games.
The 22-year-old center was drafted in the first round (24th overall) in 2005.
