Alexis Spriggs pounded a grand slam to lead Scott City past rival Chaffee in girls softball action Thursday.

Spriggs went 2 for 4 with six RBIs at the plate while striking out six in the circle.

Lyndsey Rendleman went 3 for 4 with two RBIs and scored two runs for the Rams (2-0). Alicia Kern added two hits.

Sierra Miller went 4 for 4 with an RBI for the Red Devils (1-2).
