Brianna Mueller reigned in 19 points as top-seeded Saxony Lutheran made quick work of second-seeded Woodland and handed the Cardinals with their first loss of the season in a 68-22 rout for the championship of the Delta New Year's Tournament on Saturday.

The Crusaders posted a 33-6 lead at halftime and never allowed the Cardinals to get close.

Raegan Wieser scored 12 points while Grace Mirly and Ali Galemmo added 10 points apiece for Saxony Lutheran (9-2).

Josie Long had nine points to pace Woodland (8-1). The Cardinals advanced to the championship game with a 55-44 win over No. 3 Oran on Friday.

The Eagles avoided an upset from fourth-seeded conference foe Scott County Central and squeezed out a 48-46 victory over the Bravettes for third place.

Addie Kielhofner and Taylor Nenninger poured in 12 points apiece while Ashlyn McIntosh added 11 points for Oran (6-3).

Mikaela Blissett calculated a game-high 26 points to pace Scott County Central (3-4).

Annie Siebert netted a game-high 22 points and recorded six rebounds and four steals to allow the Bulldogs to remain undefeated with a win on the road in the suburban St. Louis area.

The Bulldogs trailed by one point at halftime but bounced back in the second half and outscored the Markers (5-8) by 15 points to come away with the victory.

Karsen Powers tallied 13 points and six assists while Kaitlin Welter added 10 points for Notre Dame (7-0). Shelby Beussink notched nine points and four assists while Taylor Feeney grabbed six rebounds and Halle Lynch dished out four assists for the Bulldogs.

Josh Daume scored a game-high 22 points to lead the top-seeded Indians to victory over No. 3 O'Fallon (Ill.) in the championship game of the Flyer Invitational Tournament at Lindbergh High School on Saturday.

Karson King recorded 21 points, 14 rebounds and seven assists for Jackson (12-1). Blake Reynolds bucketed all of his 10 points in the first quarter. Calvin Lysell made two free throws in the final 30 seconds that made it a five-point game.

Chance Armstrong scored a team-high 17 points for the Panthers while Darien McClain and Donovan Franklin each tallied 16 points for O'Fallon (9-7).

The Indians advanced to the championship match after a 64-58 victory over fifth-seeded Glendale (Springfield) in one of Friday's semifinals. King led with 20 points and Reynolds added 16 points in the Indians' win over the Falcons.
