All the area high school sports events reported Monday to the Southeast Missourian.

Perryville dropped the opening game but rallied to defeat host Jackson 20-25, 25-12, 25-17 in high school volleyball action Monday night.

Natalie Bauwens had six kills, while Marissa Erwin had four blocks for Perryville (28-4). Megan Moldenhauer added 18 assists.

JV -- Jackson won 18-25, 25-13, 25-19

Zalma 25 25 Risco 21 16

Lesta Newberry had four aces and four kills as Zalma picked up a road sweep.

Trista Clark and Torie VanGennip each had two aces, while Emily Merick added four kills.

Angela Dickinson had four blocks as the Bulldogs improved to 22-3.

JV -- Zalma won 25-12, 25-15

Meadow Hts. 25 25 South Iron 11 9

Heather Dietiker had seven kills and two blocks as the Panthers swept visiting South Iron on Senior Night.

Jillian Mills added six kills, while Whitney Welker, Hattie Cook and Gina Cureton each had two kills.

Mica Morse had seven digs and Megan Davis had three for the Panthers (18-7).

Leopold 25 25 St. Vincent 11 15

Abby Landewee had seven kills and five blocks as Leopold won in two games at home.

Mallory James added six kills, four digs and two blocks for the Wildcats (21-4).

Emily Elfrink finished with 11 digs, while Sydney Eeftink collected 17 assists.

Monika Smith had six aces and four kills for St. Vincent. Addie Hotop also had six aces, while Alanna Steinbecker had four kills.

Chelsie Boxdorfer led the defense with 14 digs, while Miranda Unterreiner had seven.

JV -- Leopold won 25-22, 25-20

Eagle Ridge 25 25 Westwood 16 23

Heather Wiseman had six aces, two kills and 10 assists in the win for Eagle Ridge (14-7).

Lyndse Hamby had eight kills and seven digs, while Emily Riehn had three kills. Megan Woodall had eight assists and five digs.

JV -- Eagle Ridge won 25-13, 25-14

Poplar Bluff 27 25 Central 25 20

The Tigers lost two tight games on the road.

Chelsea Pannier had eight blocks, nine digs and three kills for Central (14-15-2), while Chelsey Brown added five kills and seven digs.

Katie Williams had three kills and four blocks, while Megan Myers finished with 11 assists.

JV -- Poplar Bluff won 25-14, 25-19

Notre Dame 25 25 Dexter 14 12

Allyson Bradshaw had a team-high seven kills as the Bulldogs improved to 26-5 with a home victory.

Kate Edwards added five kills, while Jamie Brugger had four kills and four blocks. Shannon Brennan collected 14 assists.

JV -- Notre Dame won 2-0.

Bell City 25 25 25 Sikeston 12 20 15

Jasmine Johnson had 14 kills and 19 digs as the Cubs won at home.

BOYS SOCCER

Eagle Ridge 8, Westwood Baptist 1

Josh Carbaugh and Roy Yoon each had two goals and one assist as the Eagles won their final home game.

Aaron Margrabe, Sejin Park, Michael Perez and Jordan Cliff all had one goal and one assist.

Eagle Ridge will compete at the MCSAA state tournament later this week.
