Jackson junior Levi Rayburn captured his third consecutive SEMO Conference wrestling title Saturday.
Despite Rayburn's victory at 119 pounds, the Indians couldn't overcome Farmington. Jackson finished second at the weekend event in Dexter, Mo., with 357 points. Farmington won the title with 434.5 points.
"Overall we wrestled pretty good. We had a really good finals," Jackson coach Steve Wachter said. "We just lost a couple kids during the year and don't have the depth that we had earlier in the year. Boy, Farmington has a lot of depth and they have some outstanding wrestlers. They just kind of dominated the tournament."
