Katie Bond wasted no time Saturday.

The Notre Dame senior pitcher threw a four-inning no-hitter in the Bulldogs' 14-0 victory over Notre Dame of St. Louis in softball action.

Bond improved to 22-0 in the circle this season.

Savanna Ayers and Summer Burger both had two hits, including a double, for the Bulldogs (24-0), who host Festus on Tuesday.

Gateway Classic

Notre Dame lost to Parkway Central 2-0 in the semifinals of the Gateway Classic.

The Bulldogs bounced back to post a 6-0 victory over Raymond-Peculiar to capture third place.

Jonathan Lynch netted three goals, while Carson Bruenderman added two in the win.

Christian Essner also had a goal to help the Bulldogs improve to 11-4.

James Holloway recorded the shutout in goal.

Parkway West Invite

Senior Taylor Dickerson led Jackson with a fifth-place finish, crossing the line in 19 minutes, 36 seconds.

Riley Talbut led the boys by taking 40th.
