Notre Dame's baseball team backed up Tuesday's victory against previously undefeated Sikeston by pounding host Fredericktown 16-3 on Wednesday.

Blake Urhahn pitched a six-hitter and also starred offensively with a home run, three hits and four runs batted in. Urhahn struck out five and walked eight.

Emily Buehrle, Lauren Mehner and Destiny Dirnberger added goals for Notre Dame (11-2-1). Buehrle had two assists while Megan Holloway and Kristen Boos both added assists.

Jackson 4, St. Vincent 0

Molly Hartmann scored three goals to lead Jackson (13-3-1) to a win at St. Vincent (6-13).
