Southeast will open the home season this weekend, hosting the Southeast Softball Classic Tournament Saturday and Sunday at the new softball complex just north of the Show Me Center on Sprigg Street.
Joining Southeast in the tournament will be Southwest Missouri, Harvard, Northern Iowa and Western Illinois. Games on two fields begin at noon Saturday and at 10 a.m. Sunday.
