Gene Garrison of Jackson recorded his second career hole-in-one June 30 at Kimbeland Country Club.
Garrison used a 3-wood to ace No. 8, a par 3 playing 150 yards. Witnesses were Bob Ward and Kevin Garland.
Tom Metheny and Bev Metheny paired with Leon Eftink and Mary Jane Eftink for a 63 to win the Couples Night event at Dalhousie Golf Club.
The format was a two-person handicap blind draw, counting both net scores.
Ian Soutar and Corrine Soutar and Bob Denton and Barb Denton placed second with a 65. Clay Crosson and Shiela Crosson and Rob Younghouse and Laura Younghouse finished third at 66.
Janet White won the Women's Golf Association flag tournament last week at Cape Girardeau Country Club.
LuAnne Kiefner placed second and Irene Thomas finished third.
Clay Crosson won the 18-hole handicap flag tournament at Dalhousie Golf Club.
Gordon Jones placed second and Ken Swinford was third.
