KEY WEST, Fla. -- Authorities say a mother who mailed drugs to her incarcerated daughter now is an inmate in the same jail. Monroe County Sheriff's spokeswoman Becky Herrin said a deputy at the jail found the envelope and noticed it had a chemical smell. He opened the envelope and saw a substance inside. A report states the substance turned out to be Buprenorphine, an opioid. Deputies arrested Nadine Carroll, 55, on Thursday and is in the same jail as daughter Shannon Carroll.
