Cape Bible Chapel is hosting a marriage conference later this month.
The conference is open to all ages from singles hoping to marry to newlyweds and long-time married couples.
It will be held Sept. 29-30 at the church, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the 29th. Breakfast will be served at 8 a.m. the next morning. Cost is $20 per couple and $10 per person through Sept. 18. Registration after the 18th is $25 per couple and $12.50 per person.
The conference speaker is Dennis Eeningenburg, who regularly speaks at Campus Crusade Family Life conferences around the country. He is pastor of North Highlands Community Church in Dallas. He and his wife, Jill, have three sons.
Eeingenburg will speak about the "five threats to oneness" and "God's purpose for oneness" as well as communication, resolving conflicts and sexual intimacy.
Couples will be encouraged to participate in a "date night" at the conference as a way to reflect on what they've learned.
For information, contact Cape Bible Chapel at 334-5948 or pick up a brochure at the church, 2911 Kage Road.
