JACKSON, Mo. -- The Cape Girardeau County Commission Thursday awarded a $175,678 Hubble Creek improvement contract to ASA Enterprises of Jackson.
The contractor was the low bidder on the project to stabilize a section of Hubble Creek south of Gordonville.
Commissioners said their action is contingent upon the county receiving a federal Environmental Protection Agency grant next year to help fund the project.
