__What do you love about your work?__
I love getting to meet new people and form new relationships every day. I also love that we were the first to offer single-stream recycling in Cape and Jackson for commercial accounts. I love that I get to help my customers save money and also help them be "green" and do our part to help save the environment.
__What's your No. 1 goal at work?__
To make sure everyone knows what IESI is! We bought another local hauler about three years ago and people here are still learning our name. I want people to think of IESI when they need a Dumpster or a roll-off or recycling service. I want everyone to know how awesome our service is, too! We pride ourselves on our excellent service.
__What inspires you?__
My desire to be successful inspires me. It's the reason I wake up every morning. I want to be successful in everything I do, whether it be my career with IESI, being a mother or selling Premier Designs Jewelry. I have a lot of different hats that I wear, and I'm a very driven person and a hard worker. I tend to put a lot of pressure on myself to be the best I can be at whatever it is I'm doing.
__What's the secret to your success?__
I give all the glory to God. He made me who I am and I'm truly blessed for all He's given me in my life.
