MyFitnessPal

One of the most frequent apps I use is MyFitnessPal. I use this app every day to track my food and activity. It started in January 2018 when my gym encouraged its members to start tracking their carbs, fats and proteins. I have logged in and entered data every day since. It has made me more conscious of what I eat, and as a result, I have lost 40 pounds since the beginning of the year. While not an app, another great technological resource has been the site skinnytaste.com. My family gets almost all of our meals from this site — all of them delicious, healthy and easy to make!
