PERSONNEL: TWO ATTEND CONFERENCE ON SALES AND USE TAXES

Holly A. Thomas and Howard J.. Poston, of Schott & Van de Ven, Certified Public Accountants, recently attended the sales and use tax conference in St. Louis.

The daylong seminar covered the latest sales and tax issues.

Thomas, a member of the Missouri Society of CPAs, and Poston, a staff accountant, are graduates of Southeast Missouri State University.

Schott & Van de Ven is a public accounting firm, at 1020 N. Kingshighway, Suite D., in Cape Girardeau, and has satellite offices at Marble Hill, Mo., and Marion, Ill.
